THANK YOU FOR STOPPING BY MY REAL ESTATE WEBSITE:
Real Estate Career is rewarding opportunity that offers an excellent compensation for those who are willing to work hard, plus, it provides a flexible schedule for a full time Mom like me:)
I TREAT EACH OF MY TRANSACTION WITH DEDICATION AND PROFESSIONALISM.
I’ve been in this business for a couple of years now. One of the key ingredients to making a business successful is referrals from past clients, its always been a great compliment to hear a "job well done" from a client". I always count it an honor when someone refers a buyer or seller to me, and gives a high recommendation.
I VALUE "FAIRNESS"IN THE DEAL.
"AT THE END OF EACH DAY....HAPPINESS TO ME IS SATISFYING MY CLIENTS AND KNOWING THAT CLOSING THE DEAL IS JUST THE START OF A BEAUTIFUL FRIENDSHIP AND BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP WITH THEM"...~Will~
A REAL ESTATE BROKER IS DIFFERENT FROM AN ORDINARY AGENT-- IT IS SO SAD THAT EVEN UP TO NOW THERE ARE SO MANY UNLICENSED AGENTS WHO ARE CLAIMING TO BE REAL ESTATE BROKERS. THIS IS ACTUALLY PUNISHABLE BY LAW. SO PLEASE DEAL ONLY WITH PRC LICENSED BROKERS--LET’S SUPPORT RESA LAW--AND LETS SUPPORT THE BONA FIDE REAL ESTATE BROKERS. THIS IS FOR YOUR PROTECTION AS WELL AS BUYERS AND SELLERS ! SEC. 29.
